On Saturday I made this pasta salad to take to Lagoon. We decided it would be a better idea to bring our own food to the park and it was for sure. Nothing like a great picnic with homemade food!
Caprese Pasta Salad
2 1/2 cups spiral pasta, cooked
1 ball of mozzarella, cubed
1 container of grape tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup arugula pesto
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Combine all of the ingredients and mix well.
